Compliance with laws and our own internal guidelines is very important to the CF Group. It is therefore important for us to identify violations and misconduct at an early stage and investigate them in order to protect both the company and our employees from disadvantages.
We have therefore set up a whistleblower system that enables our employees and external parties to report rule violations worldwide.
Violations of rules with particularly high risks are, for example, violations of money laundering, corruption and antitrust regulations, but also those due to inappropriate treatment of employees and human rights violations in our supply chain.
Whistleblowers who observe violations in connection with the CF Group or who have concrete evidence of rule violations within or outside the CF group of companies can contact us with their information without fear of reprisals: whistleblower@cf.group
Whistleblowers can also contact us anonymously, e.g. by using an anonymous email address.
The CF Group’s internal procedure for processing and pursuing tips is characterized by fairness and transparency, so that the principle of proportionality is maintained towards those affected by the accusation and the protection of the whistleblower is guaranteed.
